Calling a Halt to Technologies of Abandonment
Peer-reviewed article published in SI: “Digital Platforms as Urban Infrastructure” in the journal Urban Matters. It visually tells the story about how one group of tenants called a halt to their landlord’s attempts to add invasive forms of surveillance to their rent-stabilized homes.
